Crue Therapy proudly accepts insurance.
Crue Therapy is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Aetna, and Cigna. For most other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network, and full payment will be due at the time of service. If you are using out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with a monthly superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement based on your out-of-network coverage and benefits.
We encourage all clients to confirm their mental health benefits with their insurance provider before starting therapy. The best way to contact your insurance provider is by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
Below are a few helpful questions to ask your insurance provider.
Do I have mental health benefits?
You may have to provide one of the following procedure codes: 90837 (individual therapy), 90847 (couples therapy), or 90791 (intake session).
Do my mental health benefits differ for in-person or virtual visits?
Is Crue Therapy and/or my therapist in-network?
If Crue Therapy is not in-network we recommend you ask about out-of-network benefits and what the process is to be reimbursed by your insurance provider.
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount that I have to meet?
Do I have a copay or coinsurance?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
